I had a wonderful experience at the hotel, highlighted by the attentive staff and an impressive pool. though I did find a few areas that could use improvement, like the dining options being a bit pricey. The location was convenient, being right next to the metro station, which made exploring the city easy.

My Premier Suite was clean and well-maintained. though I did encounter a problem with the heater not functioning properly for a couple of nights. Overall, the room was very nice.

The staff were incredibly helpful, especially Miss Jiang at check-in and Mr. Kimi Xu from concierge. their assistance made my stay much more enjoyable. I did notice some minor lapses in service during breakfast, though.

The hotel's location in Pudong is practical for business. plus, being next to Tangqiao subway station made it easy to get around the city. It's not in the center, but it's convenient enough for my needs.

The hotel had a stunning floral aroma and an impressive Christmas tree that made the lobby inviting. However, I did encounter some inconsistency with the service, especially related to my requests and some technical issues. Overall, it was a decent stay with room for improvement.
